The burgers were so good, this is probably our new favorite Canadian chain and will bring us back to Quebec even if we can’t make it up to Chicoutimi.
Had a really nice service from Marie-Pier! The drinks are tasty and original huge shout out to the shaman. I ate the steak fillet it was medium rare as i asked. Juicy and tender. Special mention to the loaded potatoes. I'll be back ;)
We had a wonderful quinceanera supper with 40 people and the service, the food, the organization. The managers and staff were amazing and patient Super grateful and we loved our experience with the Shaker Chicoutimi

As an American in a very-Quebec part of the country, I was happy that so many people here spoke English (after my school French failed me....). You need a reservation for some of the more popular times, but it's not hard to obtain. Most of my visits have been on Mondays and Tuesdays when they have a burger or tartare special, but I've also branched out and tried their poke bowls, poutine, etc. Almost everything is good, but I would not get the ribs again. It's a lot of space, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The drinks are good, the food is good, I would recommend coming here.
